Dr. Allen Jones - Bio

Dr. Allen Jones is a lifetime resident of Havana, Florida, whose life and ministry reflect a deep commitment to faith, education, and community service.
He is a proud graduate of Havana Northside High School, Class of 1987. Following his early education, he pursued technical training at Lively Vocational School in Tallahassee, Florida, where he earned certification in Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC). Continuing his academic journey, he received an Associate of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Phoenix.
His dedication to spiritual growth and leadership culminated in June 2021, when he earned a Doctoral Degree in Divinity from B.C. Graham Theology Seminary in Columbus, Alabama.


Dr. Jones serves faithfully as the Pastor of Neal Temple Holiness Church, where his preaching and leadership continue to inspire and uplift the congregation.
In addition to his pastoral work, he has made significant contributions to labor advocacy as the Chairman of The Labor Union for District 78 Leon County Schools. He is also a dedicated member of the International Masons Brotherhood, reflecting his commitment to service and brotherhood.

A strong voice for justice and equality, Dr. Jones currently serves as President of the Gadsden County Branch #5149 of the NAACP. Under his leadership, the branch has remained an active force for civil rights and community empowerment throughout the region.


With a heart for service, Dr. Allen Jones remains deeply engaged in his community, striving to make a lasting impact through ministry, advocacy, and civic involvement. His journey is a testament to perseverance, faith, and a lifelong dedication to uplifting others.
